An exciting competition held in the Adelaide parklands brought to you by the Adelaide City Council. Get a team of 4 together and leave your office for 30 minutes or so and get some fresh air. Enjoy the challenge of games that are relaxing and fun and suitable for people of all ages and levels of fitness.

A lunchtime swimming event designed to improve fitness over 14 weeks, attracting more than 80 workplace teams and 300 swimmers & would be swimmers! Held at the Adelaide Aquatic Centre. |

A before/after work and lunchtime walk/run event designed to improve fitness over 16 weeks. It operates in the city, northern, southern and western regions attracting more than 1000 workplace teams fielding some 6,500 participants |

Bocce Team Challenge |

Designed to encourage staff to leave their office at lunchtime, the Bocce Team Challenge is a fantastic relaxed way to enjoy your lunch! So grab your workmates and enter a team. Played at Victoria/Tarndanyannga Square, Light Square and Hindmarsh Square on either Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays. |
