'Life. Be in it' Sport for All manages programs at Unley High School, Immanuel College and the MARS Sporting Complex, providing sports opportunities for children and adults of all ages and abilities. There are over 6,000 regular participants in the various competitions each week.

The focus of the programs, for children, is participation and fun with activities happening after schools and on weekends. Programs for adults run from Sunday evenings through to Thursday evenings, with an emphasis on fun in a social atmosphere.
